This dessert is also the item we have chosen for Fire Slice Gives Back. This month we are supporting The 7 Star Therapeutic Riding Center. For every Red Velvet Love Cake sold we will donate $1 to The 7 Star Therapeutic Riding Center. 

7 Star serves clients with many types of disabilities including: ADHD-ADD, autism, Down’s Syndrome, CP, MS, MR, MD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, amputees, Rett Syndrome, visually and hearing impaired, etc. We also serve veterans experiencing a range of physical and psychological disabilities. Equine-assisted therapy provides an alternative form of therapy that cannot be obtained through conventional therapy. The gait of the horse mimics that of a human. Through the motion of the horse, clients develop core muscle strength, and stimulation of brain patterns, which improves balance and coordination. Clients learn to concentrate and focus on riding, which helps with sequencing, and learning to follow oral instructions.
